Lightweight care conditioner for fine, flat hair. Infused with deepsea water, an ingredient sourced deep within the Pacific Rim of the Japan coast that remains pure and rich in minerals. Specifically developed to elevate fine and flat hair, the formula provides lightweight conditioning and detangling action in an oceanic perfume experience. Pure volume and weightless touch.
